Summary

Bumps version to 0.9.0

Breaking Change

MCP tools are now namespaced under their YAML name field
- Before: tools.fetch(url="...")
- After: tools.web.fetch(url="...") (where web is the YAML config name)

Other Changes

Architecture diagram added to README
Beads issue tracking initialized
