Small modifications to make the nginx conf more universal

I have changed the configuration for nginx to read all php files and not only app_dev.php
I have also changed the way it redirects, because now nginx sends everything to fpm.

Thanks @emmanuellgd for your interest in our Nginx docker image. It's better to fork our repository and start an automated build for your version. Or create a custom build image while inheriting from our image.

I'll test your modifications and check if we can apply them on our image.
