This change modifies ripples codebase and other associated files to ensure that ripples can run inside "usher-sampled/driver/socket.cpp". The changes use the matOptimize's data structures inside ripples for integration with the server code.
Due to the difference in MAT inside matOptimize, the ripples' output files now contain the node numbers associated with each node, as opposed to the node names, due to matOptimize not storing internal node names.
