When loading data using scapy set the limit field to ensure that we stop iterating over packets safely.
If we're running on a POSIX system try and find tshark in the PATH.
Improvements for loading pcap files
Change the import line in netStat.py to use it. It will be slower since it is not Cython
Removed experimental correlation extrapolation code fromt he AfterImage library, and Cython support
