Find and replace a bunch of developers references to be zatech focused or more generic in some instances.

Ideally the admins would like to distance themselves from any liability with regards to discussions held on the platform itself, this paragraph aims to fulfil said requirement.

* Added Copyright change and also relating links to content to the content within

After reading https://www.newyorker.com/news/letter-from-silicon-valley/the-lonely-work-of-moderating-hacker-news and finding it quite interesting, I had a look at their guidelines: https://news.ycombinator.com/newsguidelines.html and found the paragraphs in this commit really good. It's kind of an addition to the tl;dr with some easy to understand guidelines on how we'd like people to conduct themselves.
This works for the web interface, at least: the mobile app also allows accessing the directory, but doesn't seem to allow showing admins only, so I didn't expand the instructions for that.

I have a feeling that slack changed something
We should
- remove/archive the #codeofconduct channel.
- remove it from the default channels
- document how to create an 🔒admins- channel

Discussions around the Code of Conduct can be done in 🔒admins- channels.

\#codeofconduct being a default channel has a few downsides. It has been used in bad
faith by people to dogpile other users or threads, derailing any productive
or valuable discussion.

It's also been abused by people trying to broadcast messages to a lot of
people even when asked to no longer comment on incidents or threads,
which then wastes more time of the admins and moderators, when they're
already trying to prioritise the right issues and reduce harm.

It's also been used by mistake by people which then spams 8000
users.
