Change the list of collaborators and maintainers

I would like to be removed from the list of collaborators of this project. I made only very small contributions to this project.

If we can fix some of the bugs (e.g. early stopping), then maybe I would reconsider. But for now, I would prefer not to be named

Apparently, I'm not in 'group Zalando'. I have given a +1, but I still get the following:

It seems like none of us can +1 this repo any more!

I see that the 'Zalando SE' organization on Github has a list of 181 People, including @psycho-ir (Soroosh) but not me nor @daryadedik nor @shansfolder !

I can't yet find any Octopus member other than Soroosh

Soroosh, can you +1 this? Hopefully, that will allow us to verify the theory and to get from "This PR misses 2 approvals from group zalando (0/2)" to "This PR misses 1 approvals from group zalando (1/2)."

Then, we need to follow up with getting some Octopus members into the correct organization!

Also, I think I vaguely remember getting an email a long time ago about the need to 'register' with the Zalando SE list of people
