This commit adds names to Kconfig choice sysmbols. This allows for their
selection from Kconfig, e.g.:
choice TRACING_FORMAT_CHOICE
default TRACING_TEST if CONFIG_FOO
default TRACING_CTF if CONFIG_BAR
endchoice
