House Improved
This is a pre-made structure for making a moderately sized house. It is an upgrade to the House and has a larger farm, a larger main building and has enough room for a moderate area for trees.
This item may also be given instead of the House when a player joins the world. This is set in the configuration.
The item configuration is very straightforward and can be seen below.
The recipe for this item is fairly moderate and should be available around early-mid game. You will need the following:
