Assorted cleanup of the Flash package README.
The one thing worth flagging: the opening claimed "No LLM, no API key" directly
above a usage example that calls one, since
summary=Trueis the default. Thatis now stated correctly.
Everything else is trimming: usage split into Python and command line, dollar
figures and the cost chart dropped, Limits and Dependencies dropped.
