Summary

Layer 5 of the 2026-08-08 upstream sync stack. Ports mobile UX fixes, Clerk auth header repair + Expo 4.2, mobile 1.0.2 version bump (fork keeps MOBILE_APP_VERSION helper), pin/unpin + drag pin order (pingdotgg#5581), desktop browser recent sites, theme-aware sidebar artwork, and related polish. Skips upstream chore(release): prepare v0.0.32 (already on the fork).

Stacked on #218 (codex/sync-20260808-l4-themes-runtime-a13c).

Fork adapts

• #5588: bump APP_VERSION default to 1.0.2; keep helper + version: APP_VERSION.
• #5581 pin-order migration: runtime 43, file 040_ProjectionThreadsPinOrderKey.ts (after fork keyset runtime 42 / 039_…).
• #5636: keep fork normalizeCustomModelSlugs import alongside new useTheme usage.
• Preserve ChatView rate-limit panel (RateLimitsPanel / rateLimitThreads).
