What changed?
This PR adds a new CLI command - domain delete. It requires security token to execute the operation.
The new command displays the domain details and requires an explicit confirmation before proceeding with domain deletion.

Why?
This change enables cadence users to clean up unused domains and manage domain lifecycle more effectively through the CLI interface.

How did you test it?
Unit tests & local testing
