Summary
As we have/ are in the process of removing Font Awesome, it came to our attention that the alert module style sheet generated icons using HTML entities and FA. These rules are slated for removal. In anticipation of this, this PR inserts va-icon elements where the CSS classes would have inserted an equivalent FA icon.
