[New Model] Add a bunny with uv coordinate

- Using [UVAtlas](https://github.com/Microsoft/UVAtlas) to unwrap and generate from the [origin bunny](https://github.com/google-deepmind/mujoco/blob/main/model/flex/asset/bunny.obj)
