Fix configuration error in the frontend-proxy that exposes all the services.
It is currently not possible to reach the Flagd UI through it due to an error in setting an environment variable.

See #1897 for details.

@fuljo please bump the chart's patch version and then run make generate-examples CHARTS=opentelemetry-demo

We just need to bump the chart version and run create the examples as Tyler mentioned here: #1898 (comment)

and we should be good to go!

Hi @TylerHelmuth, @julianocosta89.
For opentelemetry-demo I have:

  • bumped the chart version to 0.38.2
  • re-generated the examples
