This PR adds a few lines of code to compress the output of the krakentools/extractkrakenreads module. This adheres to the guideline of compressing input and output if applicable (https://nf-co.re/docs/guidelines/components/modules#compression-of-input-and-output-files).
The changes were tested using
--profile singularity.
